Quick Start Guide: Install and Activate B2BKing

Here is a quick step-by-step guide to install and get started with B2BKing.

• 1. Download the plugin file (.zip)
• 2. Log into your WordPress site.
• 3. Go to: Plugins > Add New > Upload

• 4. Select the .zip file of the plugin and click "Install Now"
• 5. The plugin will now prompt you to install / activate the free B2BKing Core plugin if not already active. Simply click on the "Install" / "Activate" button:

• 6. Go to B2BKing -> Settings

• 7. Set plugin status to either B2B & B2C Hybrid or B2B Shop, depending on whether your store sells both B2B&B2C or only B2B.
• 8. Proceed to activate the plugin license, in order to get automatic updates.

Common installation problems - How to fix

-> Issue 1: Clicking "Install now" to install the B2BKing Core plugin is not working. The page says "Installing" and then after a few seconds you see the same "Install now" button.

This happens if the installation of the Core plugin failed halfway and the folder exists but does not have all the correct files.

To fix this: With a file manager, go to wp-content/plugins/ and delete the 'b2bking-wholesale-for-woocommerce' folder, and then click 'Install Now' again.

-> Issue 2: When trying to view B2BKing backend pages, you see an infinite loading icon.
