B2BKing Pro's version 4.6.20 introduces a new feature for Reports, accessible in the backend via B2BKing -> Reports.

Through this feature, you can generate reports for all customers, all B2B customers, or for individual customers or B2B customer groups.

Reports can be generated for specific time periods by selecting a start and end date, and there are also pre-configured one-click options for the current and last month or year.

Reports include:

  • Gross Sales
  • Net Sales
  • Orders Number
  • Items Number
  • Average Order Value
  • Refund Amount
  • Coupons Worth Used
  • Shipping Charged

The 'Export Report' feature allows you to generate a CSV or PDF file containing the report data:

After choosing an option, the download of the report will start:

Reports can show data either by month (for periods spanning multiple months), or by day (for periods less than 31 days):
